If you’re wanting silky and nourished locks but don’t want to break the bank, look no further! I have the perfect solution for you!
This is a super easy DIY recipe for a leave in conditioner spray, whether it’s organic is up to you and the kind of ingredients that you buy!
Making your own leave in conditioner is a little bit more money upfront, but you can make a lot more batches and customize each one to your specific preferences.
The bets part in my opinion is that you will know exactly what is in it! A lot of beauty companies intentionally don’t disclose what’s in their products- scents, colorants, preservatives, etc because they are terrible and toxic for you. That’s why you can have total peace of mind making your own!
This can also be a great gift for your health conscious friend or family member who is down for some natural beauty care!
Click on any of the highlighted ingredients and it will take your to amazon where you can easily purchase them if you don’t already have them!
* If you don’t want to use a preservative you can keep this in the fridge but coconut milk does start to solidify when it gets cold so you would have to heat it up every time you want to use it by running it under hot water in the sink! Kinda a pain in the butt. This natural preservative I found online worked great!
* If your coconut milk is separated in the can (liquid and solids separate) then give it a good mix and possibly heat it up just a little so it mixes better!
