Good ol’ cold and flu season. You have a sore throat. You’re stuffed up. Or you’re just tired and want to relax and indulge in some self care? Then look no further.
These are literally the easiest to make and they are the perfect little burst of self love. Simply pop one of these in the shower and have the equivalent to a diffuser right in the shower with you. You can personalize these as much as you want. For me, I wanted something for cold & flu season, and I also just have bad sinus issues, so eucalyptus, peppermint, and lavender were the perfect essential oils for me.
